Bedians AFC 3 - 2 Newton FC

The second game back for Bedians, showed their pre-season commitment. The team played well from the off with an Early goal from Gaz Johnston, who smashed it home after a clearance from a corner. Bedians went 2 up with a 30 yard strike from Liam, to put the team into cruise control. This later showed with 2 goals shortly after each other from Newton, to put the score level. Bedians always looked threatening, against the opposition from the division above. With 10 minutes to go, a cross from Lambo allowed Tom Langley to calmly put the ball into the back of the net, for what would be the match winner.
