Good to report very few changes this week, Joey Richardson who makes his debut replaces John Grant due to work commitments.

The atmosphere was electric as the highly anticipated tie kicked off. Both teams were well aware this match would be a fierce battle. Bedians had their eyes on victory as they faced off against Sales, a team known for their resilient and gritty play, even after suffering a few recent defeats. The game began with a tense stillness, neither side managing to land a shot on target until the 10th minute. In an explosive moment, Cam Walker executed a fierce tackle on Sale's number 13, shifting momentum in Bedians' favor. Out of nowhere, he unleashed a powerful shot from 25 yards. The ball took a deflection off the keeper, and Rylan McEvoy, ever alert, pounced on the rebound. With a swift pass to Eric Ageymang, hopes surged as Eric went for glory. He aimed high, but the ball sailed over the bar—a near miss that ignited the Bedians’ side and put Sale on notice. Pressure mounted as Bedians pressed forward, leading to a crucial penalty awarded for handball just ten minutes later. Jack Cooper stepped up, nerves of steel, and buried the chance, putting Bedians ahead 1-0a roar of triumph echoed from the Bedians, sideline. As the clock ticked on, Bedians stayed relentless. In the 31st minute, a tense moment unfolded. A long ball from the Sale goalkeeper found its way downfield, but Daanish Ejaz intercepted with sheer determination. An old-school up-and-under clearance sent the ball toward Sale’s defense. Amidst the chaos, Eric Ageymang seized the opportunity, darting toward a loose ball that seemed destined for the net. But in a nail-biting twist, the Sale center half intervened, denying him at the last second. Eric’s quick thinking set Jude Carswell up next, but his shot was blocked, leaving Bedians on the hunt for that elusive second goal before half-time.

Coming back for the second half, Bedians picked up right where they left off. In a dazzling display of teamwork, George threaded a clever pass to Eric, who danced past his fullback and set Jude up at the edge of the box. Surrounded by defenders, Jude expertly played the ball back to Eric, who slid it to George. A quick cross found Cam Walker, who almost connected—only for the Sale keeper to snatch it away just in time. Then, in the 48th minute, Rylan McEvoy turned the tide dramatically! Picking up the ball in Sale's half, he displayed astonishing skill, slicing through defenders and unleashing a powerful shot from the edge of the box. The ball rocketed into the bottom corner—2-0! The Bedians fans erupted, their chants filling the air. A mere three minutes later, Jude Carswell struck again! Initiating an intricate play from a throw-in, George’s link-up with Eric and a pinpoint cross found Jack Cooper, who cleverly laid it off for Jude. Without hesitation, Jude fired on the half-volley, sending the ball soaring into the top corner what a phenomenal goal to make it 3-0!.

Just when it seemed the game was in Bedians' pocket, drama unfolded. A controversial penalty was awarded to Sale, Daanish Ejaz saw red for what spectators deemed a harsh decision. With Bedians down to ten men, the tension ramped up. The Sale restart led to a frantic scramble for possession, and the atmosphere shifted ominously as Sale capitalized on miscommunication from the Bedians' defense. A Sale forward, originally flagged offside, found his footing as the assistant referee hesitated. Daanish, trying to salvage the situation, made a desperate chase, but in an unfortunate clash with the Sale striker, the penalty was awarded—and he was sent off! The converted penalty put Sale back in contention, leaving Bedians on edge. Sale stepped up the pressure and pressed; however, Bedians stood firm, and Sale did not create any meaningful goal threats. In the 70th Minute, Sale had a player sent off for a second bookable offence.
The field transformed into a tactical chess match as both teams had ten players on the pitch. Sale pressed hard, but the Bedians stood resolute. With grit and determination, they weathered the storm, warding off Sale's advances. As the clock wound down, Bedians created another flurry of god chances but failed to finish, leaving everyone holding their breath. Finally, the whistle blew! Bedians had claimed a crucial victory, earning every ounce of that hard-fought three points.
