We retake top spot in the L&C Premier Division however we made hard work of this after being 3-0 after 30 minutes, Rylan McEvoy, Daanish Ejaz & Prindi Kimputu returned to the squad

Bedians started brightly on a hotter day than expected and created a good chance in the first two minutes the Bedians back four had played the ball to Cam Walker in his own half and carried it forward into Trafford half this drew players toward him he then played the ball to Finn McGuire who let it run to Erick Ageymang who outfoxed his marker by turning inside and spraying the ball out to Chris Sherrington on the left who put in a great cross that beat everyone apart from Cam Walker who picked up the ball near the edge of the box, he then crossed the ball and Finn McGuire almost got onto the end of the cross however the central defender managed to get to the ball first and clear the ball to safety, Bedians kept up the without creating any further clear chances, in the 20th minute Bedians broke the deadlock, Trafford had a goal-kick that travelled into the Bedians half however Joe Mensah headed the ball straight back to the Trafford centre half who let the ball bounce and misjudged the flight of the ball and somehow managed to flick the ball with his heel into the air and then head the ball back to his keeper however Erick Ageymang read the defenders header and got to the ball before the keeper and squared it back Chris Sherrington who wasnt going miss an open goal to make it 1-0 to Bedians, 5 minutes later Bedians made it 2-0 this time Chris Sherrington was the provider and Erick Ageymang was the scorer, Joe Mensah broke up an attack and passed it to George Mourdoukoutas who passed it quickly to Chris Sherrington on the left who put in a driven cross that just went over Erick Ageymangs head however with the pace of the ball meant the defender marking Eric, did not have time to adjust and the ball struck him and bounced back to Erick who smashed the ball into the rook of the net with lightning reactions. Bedians third goal was a great strike from Tosin Abioye about 25 yards out that went into the top corner of the Trafford goal. Trafford got one back in the 42nd minute. Trafford was attacking, and the Bedian's back four cleared the danger. The centre-half from Trafford picked up the ball just in the Bedian's half. He carried it to the edge of the centre circle and shot it like a bullet into the corner of the Bedian's goal to make it 3-1 to Bedians, but the score remained the same at halftime.

The second half was disappointing as Bedians created many good chances and wasted all the opportunities to put the game to bed however the resilient Trafford competed for everything to the end and a last ditch tackle from a Trafford defender led to them breaking away and scoring with the last kick of the to make the final score 3-2 to Bedians if this club want to be serious challengers poor performances like this will have to be eradicated.
